23. 04. 2026.President Juhász Receives Delegation from Bečej Grammar School and Participants of the Erasmus+ Programme

Novi Sad, 23 April– President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly, dr Juhász Bálint, today received a delegation from the Grammar School in Bečej, consisting of students and teachers, as well as their partners from Spain, Croatia and Italy, participants in the international exchange programme “Erasmus+”.

During the meeting, President Juhász introduced the guests to the history, work and competencies of the Assembly of the AP Vojvodina, emphasising the importance of preserving multiculturalism and interethnic harmony as fundamental values of the province.

“It is a great pleasure for me to host young people from different parts of Europe. Projects like this contribute to connecting young people, exchanging experiences and fostering better mutual understanding,” Juhász stated.

He stressed that the Assembly was not just an institution, but a place where decisions of importance for all citizens were made, adding that Vojvodina was an example of an environment in which diversity represents wealth.

“What you see here today is proof that people of different origins, languages, and cultures can come together to discuss and make decisions for the benefit of all” the President added.

During their visit, the participants toured the Assembly building and became acquainted with the way the institution functions and the decision-making process.

The Grammar School in Bečej has been actively participating in international projects for more than a decade and today’s visit was organised with the aim of presenting to foreign partners the socio-political framework and the multiethnic character of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
