Novi Sad, 4 March– As part of the event “The Cultural Season of Hungary in Serbia and Serbia in Hungary 2025/26,” a gala concert by Hungarian violinist Mága Zoltán was held this evening at the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad.
The ceremony was attended by the President of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Dr Juhász Bálint, as well as the Secretary General of the AP Vojvodina Assembly, Dr Sandra Stojković.
The event titled “The Cultural Season of Hungary in Serbia and Serbia in Hungary 2025/26,” which was also attended by the President of the Provincial Government, Maja
Gojković, the Mayor of Novi Sad, Žarko Mićin, Member of Parliament, Dr Pásztor Bálint and the Advisor to the President of the Republic of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, represents a comprehensive programme of cultural exchange between the two countries, aimed at deepening friendly relations and strengthening institutional and artistic cooperation.
During the cultural season, numerous concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions, literary evenings and other programmes will be organised, bringing contemporary artistic
production, as well as the rich cultural heritage of both countries closer to audiences in Serbia and Hungary.
Mága Zoltán is one of the most prominent Hungarian violinists on the contemporary scene, known for his virtuoso performances of classical and traditional repertoire, as well as for numerous appearances throughout Europe and around the world.
