Novi Sad, 8 March - President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly, Juhász Bálint strongly condemned the physical attack on the Minister of Culture in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, Nikola Selaković, which occurred last night in Belgrade.
“With deep concern and indignation, I strongly condemn the physical attack on the Minister of Culture Nikola Selaković, as a shameful and unacceptable act.
Violence, aggression and conflicts have never been and cannot be tolerated in our society as they profoundly undermine all democratic values and lead to instability and insecurity for the state and all citizens.
I express my expectation that the competent institutions will conduct detailed investigation and prosecute, as soon as possible, those responsible for this shameful attack”, said President Juhász.
