Novi Sad, 18 October - President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly Juhász Bálint received today the general director of JP “Srbijagas” Dušan Bajatović, with whom he discussed the importance of the stable supply of natural gas and the improvement of energy infrastructure.
President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly and the general director of JP “Srbijagas” noted the necessity of sustainable and high-quality provision of energy sources, especially in the winter period, which is of crucial importance for both the economy and citizens.
The general director of JP “Srbijagas” informed President Juhász of the plans and
current projects of this company in the infrastructure modernisation and the existing capacities for storing natural gas, emphasising the fact that the Republic of Serbia would have stable gas supply and gas price for the upcoming heating season.
Juhász and Bajatović also discussed the strategic importance of partnership cooperation between Serbia and Hungary in the field of energy, transit, energy sources storage and supply, which contribute to the energy stability of both countries and confirms the exceptional friendly relations.
