Novi Sad, 09th July - President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly Bálint Juhász spoke today with Srđan Kružević, director of „Vode Vojvodine“ PWMC, the founder of which is the AP Vojvodina Assembly.
President Juhász and director Kružević talked about the successful business dealings of this company, which is of general interest for the AP Vojvodina and its citizens, considering the strategic importance of water as a natural resource for agriculture, tourism and other areas in our region.
Director Kružević informed President Juhász about ongoing projects, such as the
construction of a dual-purpose irrigation system, in which 2.2 billion dinars would be invested from own funds, and with a number of others, which, once completed, would enable irrigation of 140.500 hectares of land.
President Juhász expressed his satisfaction that „Vode Vojvodine“, as well as other companies founded by the provincial parliament, successfully, responsibly and conscientiously performed the tasks entrusted to them and emphasized that in their work, as it had been until then, they would always have a partner and support in the AP Vojvodina Assembly.
