Novi Sad, 21 May - The AP Vojvodina Assembly held its third session today, where, among other things, the deputy provincial secretaries of the Provincial Government were elected.
A total of 12 deputy provincial secretaries were elected, namely:
Tóth Zoltán, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry,
Slađana Bursać, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Education, Regulations, Administration and National Minorities - National Communities,
Jelena Dobrović Bojanović, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Culture, Public Information and Relations with Religious Communities,
Assistant professor Olivera Ivanov, MD, Deputy Provincial Secretary for Healthcare
Aleksa Grubešić, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Social Policy, Demography and Gender Equality,
Aleksandra Radak, as Deputy Provincial Secretary of Finance,
Goran Nikolić, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government,
Dušan Španović, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Urban Planning and Environmental Protection,
Miodrag Drapšin PhD, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Higher Education and Scientific Research,
Zlatko Mitić, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Energy, Construction and Transport;
Tatjana Ječmenica Jevtić, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Sports and Youth,
Tot Palimir, as Deputy Provincial Secretary for Economy and Tourism.
During the second part of the session, the Assembly reviewed the Agreement on Cooperation between the Province of Bengo (Republic of Angola) and the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina (Republic of Serbia) and adopted the Conclusions proposed by the Provincial Government.
Furthermore, the following documents have been adopted: the Decision on the termination of the term of office of the permanent Provincial Election Commission and the Decision on the appointment of the permanent Provincial Election Commission, as well as the Decision on amending the Decision on the election of the president and committee members of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
At today’s session, the Assembly adopted a Decision on the appointment of a member of the Council of the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad. Goran Latković MD, a specialist in internal medicine from Novi Sad, was appointed as a member of the Council of that faculty.
