Concluding observations of the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women on the Fourth Periodic Report on the Implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women

"The state delegation of the Republic of Serbia presented the Fourth Periodic Report on the Implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women (2013-2018) on 28 February 2019, at the 72nd session of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, held in Geneva. After the previously considered state and alternative reports and responses to additional questions, as well as interactive dialogue with the delegation, at the aforementioned session, the Committee adopted the Concluding Observations (CEDAW/C/SRB/СО/4), on 8 March 2019.

The Republic of Serbia, as a member state, is obliged, before submitting the following periodic report, to focus its attention primarily on the implementation of specific recommendations from the said Concluding Observations, with a special emphasis on positions within priority recommendations, whose implementation should be reported to the Committee until March 2021." *
