Decision on Granting the Previous Consent to the Draft Statute of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina

Pursuant to Article 99 Para 1 Item 8 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia („Official Gazette of the RS“, no. 98/06) and Article 186 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly („Official Gazette of the RS“, no. 20/12 – the revised text),

The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, at the Third session of the First regular sitting in 2014, held on 20th May 2014, passed the following

DECISION
ON GRANTING THE PREVIOUS CONSENT TO
THE DRAFT STATUTE OF THE AUTONOMOUS PROVINCE OF VOJVODINA

I.

The previous consent shall be granted to the Draft Statute of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, which was laid down by the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina on 14th May 2014.

II.

The Decision shall be published in the „Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia“.
